Solutions Realty Network approves rental applications based on verification of employment, rental history, criminal background check and debt to income ratio. Credit score is just a small factor in the decision process. Everyone who will occupy the home over the age of 18 must complete a rental application.

Step 1: Schedule an appointment with one of our Professional Leasing Agents

Step 2: Complete a Rental Application

Your agent will provide you with a rental application or you may download one by clicking on the tab below. Please be sure to fill out the application completely otherwise it might delay the approval process. Once the application is complete you can return it to your agent or fax it to our office at 770-908-3329.

Step 3: Securing a Home

A cashiers check or money order for a full months rent will hold the property until your move-in date up to 30 days. In the event your application is denied, these funds will be refunded.

Step 4: Move In

Prior to move in, the security deposit equal to first months rent and any additional fees such as a pet deposit must be paid in full in the form of a cashiers check or money order. If you move into a home in the middle of the month, the prorated rent for the partial month will be collected on the 1st of the following month.
